Our Women’s Trail Craft course future proofs your riding by focusing on the core principles behind all modern mountain bike techniques. Taking you to blue and red graded trails, we’ll focus on riding in a solid body position and how to use your range of motion to your advantage on drops and other trail features, including berms and flat corners typical on blue and red graded trails. Learn how to use your legs to find grip, balance and speed on the trail and open up your riding to more dynamic body movement with front wheel lifts. The perfect course for those who haven’t been coached before, or simply want to build their confidence on the trails in a group of likeminded female riders.
